CICA MUSEUM OF ART EXHIBITION OF MY ART,KOREA,2017
Dear Susan Harmon,
Thank you for
submitting your wonderful works. We are pleased to feature your works in the
international exhibition and publication, "Artist Statement #2."
[Publication]
The book “Artist Statement
#2” will publish in paperback (black and white) and eBook. Two pages will be
given to each artist (one page for an image and the other page for text) The
book series will be available in major bookstores in Korea, and also in the
United States and other countries via Amazon.
[Exhibition]
The exhibition will be held at the CICA Museum from September
22, 2017 to October 8, 2017, featuring photographs, paintings, video art, and
installation works of artists worldwide.
Each artist may
exhibit up to five images. Digital works and photographic documentation of
physical/installation/performance works will be printed on 10x15 inch-photo
papers, framed, and installed by our curators & assistants. Please let us
know if you have works larger than 10×15 inches. Additional fees may apply.
The artist is
responsible for the shipment and delivery of his/her physical work to and from
CICA Museum, as well as all related expenses. A painting or a drawing should
not be larger than 59 inch (1.5 m) on the longest length. A sculptural or
installation piece should not be larger than 59x59x79 inches (1.5 x 1.5 x 2 m,
w x l x h). The work that needs to be mounted on the wall should not exceed 10
kg.
Please confirm your
participation via email & maintenance by 10:00 pm (UTC -05:00, Eastern
time) July 5, 2017. Also, please indicate in the email which/how many works you
would like to exhibit, and if you would like to ship the physical works or want
us to print and frame the digital files.

-05:00, Eastern time) July 12, 2017.

Once you confirm your participation, we will send you the exhibition agreement
guide with the exhibition schedule. Please read and fill out the exhibition
agreement form and send us requested materials to

We are interested in organizing an exhibition with some of your works at our Gallery in Lisbon (smaller works).
At first, we are thinking about showing just a few of them to see how the collectors react to them. We can represent you for a two month period after the exhibition finishes and afterward, we see how the things go. The representation period can be extended up to a year if the sales go well. We have exhibition frames for works on paper, sizes: 100cm x 70cm, 70cm x 50cm, 50cm x 50cm, 50cm x 40cm. Please find attached a draft of our consignment contract with all the information about doing an exhibition at Colorida Art Gallery. The commission structure on the sale of art is 65% for the artist and 35% for the gallery.
